During my recent stay at La Choza in Playa Venao, I found the experience to be quite reasonable, especially for budget-conscious travelers. The common areas create a relaxed vibe where guests can mingle, and the outdoor patio furniture offers a nice spot for those sunlit afternoons. While the dormitories were clean, they could certainly benefit from minor enhancements-think extra hooks or storage for a bit more comfort. The shared kitchen, while functional, wasn't fully stocked with utensils, which could prove challenging for those looking to whip up a meal. A notable perk was the reliable Wi-Fi, which is a blessing for any work-from-the-road archaeologist like myself. With the option to rent surfboards and the availability of lessons, it's a decent spot for those seeking adventure, too. La Choza strikes a good balance between value and comfort, making it a wise choice for those exploring the beauty of Playa Venao without overspending.
